Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care within a home environment, focusing on the unique needs of pediatric patients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patient health, facilitating child development through targeted nursing interventions.
- Provide specialized care including tracheostomy management, airway care, and G and GJ tube support.
- Respond swiftly to any changes in patient conditions, demonstrating critical nursing judgment and emotional support.
- Collaborate with our dedicated clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Proficient assessment and nursing judgment abilities.
- Experience managing tracheostomy, airway, and feeding tubes.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to provide patient support.
- Ability to react promptly and effectively to changes in patient status.
- Team-oriented mindset, fostering collaborative work relationships.
- A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license from Washington State.
- OR a current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from Washington State.
- A nursing degree from an accredited institution is required.
