Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-home nursing care to pediatric patients
- Implement nursing interventions including tracheostomy care, airway management, and G and GJ tube management
- Facilitate child development and provide emotional support to both patients and families
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care and effective communication
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and assessment
- Strong assessment and nursing judgment abilities
- Proficient in tracheostomy care and airway management
- Capacity to provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Familiarity with G and GJ tubes
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Quick responsiveness to changes in patient health conditions
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license without restrictions (RN) or
- Current Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse license without restrictions (LPN)
