Summary
As a Medical Front Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring caring, efficient, patient service and administrative support. Your core skills in medical office management and clerical experience will be essential for managing the front desk, phone support, scheduling of appointments, insurance questions, payer eligibility and benefits, and overseeing all front office operations.
Proficiency and familiarity with Athenahealth (not required but desired) will enhance your ability to streamline processes. You will report directly to the practice manager, and physicians, contributing to a positive patient experience while supporting the overall functionality of the office.

Check Out Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and clerical functions as they relate to preparing the claim, determining what's owed, scheduling patients for their return appointment, a little coding, end of day reports, and backing up the front desk check in as needed.
A resourceful and innovative person who can effectively manage the demands of the day, and is able to prioritize tasks and help maintain the office flow.
- OB/GYN office experience a plus but not necessary
- Athena EHR experience a plus but not required
- At minimum lite billing background is desired
