Job Title: EHR Oracle Health Analyst
Type of Engagement: 1-Year contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)

Required Skills & Experience
The EHR Oracle Health Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IHS Modernized EHR system by providing Oracle Health Cerner Millennium solutions expertise to facilitate successful EHR design and build efforts for assigned IHS clinical and/or business domain groups. The ideal candidate will have experience in Behavioral Health as well as Ambulatory, Inpatient, Pharmacy, or Data Analytics and will be proficient in understanding clinical and business workflows related to one or more Oracle Health Solutions.
Essential Job Responsibilities
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $65.00 - $70.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, equivalent, or higher in Informatics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related clinical/medical/business discipline
- 3 or more years of relevant healthcare experience in a clinical or business role
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience in Behavioral Health, Ambulatory, Inpatient, Pharmacy, and/or Data Analytics.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)/Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Systems.
- Completion of at least one (preferably 2) full life-cycle Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR implementations.
- Has the knowledge, skills, and proficiency to understand the purpose, features, functions, benefits, and limitations of clinical information systems.
- Knowledge of workflow development and documentation
- Experience using MS Office 365 applications, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Proficiency in analysis and defining business needs, applying methodologies, supporting program management, exposure to client issues, and development of project deliverables in Health IT.
- Ability to work independently under general guidance, experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Professional oral and written communication skills, relevant software or application skills necessary to complete the job successfully, and problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for the configuration of one or more Oracle Health Solutions.
- Understand clinical and business workflows related to one or more Oracle Health Solutions and recommend configuration options that align with best practice workflows. Experience could include: PowerPlans/Orders, mPages, Documentation, Forms, Rules & Alerts, Patient Portal, Positions, and/or Clairvia.
- Serve as a key analytical resource on engagement teams, conducting relevant research, distilling data, and creating reports.
- Research options for decision-making and prepare decision briefs to support assigned domains.
- Understand clinical and business workflows and recommend configuration options that align with best practice workflows.
- Evaluate potential configuration decisions/options for impact on system maintenance, regulatory requirements, data integrity, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with IHS clinical and business end-users to facilitate efficient decision-making processes
- Collaborate effectively with System Integrator/EHR Vendor teams to promote alignment to Vendor-defined best practices for system configuration and workflow
- Actively engage consulting tools and methodologies to meet project objectives.
- Maintain responsibility for quality assurance practices and foster the completion and accuracy of system documentation.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope, performing tasks independently subject to general guidance.
