As the leader of the Technical Support Team, the Lead Systems Administrator will oversee troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvements of IT systems. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud, Okta, CompTIA Security , CISSP, ITIL, or similar) are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT system administration or management, with a focus on cloud-based environments (preferably Google Workspace and Okta).
- Proven experience as a system administrator or IT manager handling a diverse tech stack, including cloud platforms, membership platforms, and security infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams, including providing guidance, troubleshooting, and training.
- Demonstrated success in managing large IT projects, from design and deployment through to post-implementation support.
- Experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure and applications, including vendor relations and evaluating new technologies.
- Proficient in managing and administering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Okta environments, with a solid understanding of security protocols and integrations.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and system administration across multiple tech stacks and applications.
- Experience with IT security best practices, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Skilled in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple tech projects related to membership, partnership, and community experience.
- In-depth knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies, with the ability to assess, integrate, and leverage these technologies to improve business operations.
- Expertise in designing, deploying, and optimizing IT systems and services, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and high performance.
- Proven leadership abilities to supervise, mentor, and guide the Technical Support Team.
