Job Title : On-Site Support
Type of Engagement : 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location : Hybrid position located in North Carolina (Roaming on site support. Up to two weeks on site in North Carolina and two weeks remote)
Candidates local to North Carolina are preferred.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Understanding of Child Welfare Processes : Familiarity with child welfare practices, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Communication : Effectively communicating with social workers, IT staff, and management.
- Training and Support : Training end-users, training development, and providing ongoing support.
- Empathy and Patience : Demonstrating understanding and patience with users.
- Documentation : Keeping detailed records of issues, resolutions, and feedback.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $31.00 - $36.00 per hour. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
