Job Title : Professional Land Surveyor

Candidates must reside in the Beltsville, MD area.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Professional Land Surveyor License (LS) or Land Surveyor In-Training License (LST)
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Experienced with Civil 3D, Auto-Cad
- Proficient in land development surveys and construction stakeout
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary, team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Perform detailed research and review of boundaries, plats, deeds, easements, and title at local, county, and state levels
- Work with title and utility companies, as well as local governments, to assist with approval of projects
- Prepare documentation of fieldwork
- Perform calculations of horizontal and vertical control
