Receptionist
We have an immediate full-time opportunity for an energetic Receptionist to join our busy clinic on the west side of Olympia. Some of the qualities we are searching for would be friendly, motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, with a good work ethic. We are a specialty clinic that relies on good team work from all our employees. This is a Monday - Friday position with no weekends. We strive to achieve the best medical care for our patients. We want all our patients to feel comfortable with our entire staff in a professional environment. Some of the job duties include but not limited the following:
Answering the telephone calls and emails
Scheduling patients.
Assisting the office manager with administrative duties and audits
Collecting payments
Scanning in patient records and filling records requests by fax, print, or CD.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $17.00 -$19.00 per hour based on experience
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service and clerical experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management
- Ability to manage calendars and perform data entry tasks
- Bilingual candidates are preferred; previous experience as a dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
