Duties:
- Effectively Optimize and Manage Company Production Schedule & Team
- Oversee new project setup
- Manage project management team
- Oversee & Manage Job Profitability & Key Metrics
- Coordinate and manage warranty claims
- Complete Annual Insurance Renewals and Audits
- Oversee new project setup
- Oversee Customer Service & graciously resolve customer complaints
- Manage online review platforms
- Manage Internal Feedback Loop
- General HR activities (recruiting, training, etc)
- New contractor and/or employee orientation
- Recruiting and building your team
- Manage all aspects of company financials
- 3rd party bookkeeper
- Expense Report Approvals
- A/P, A/R Ownership
- Company Credit Card Oversight
- Approve weekly Subcontractor Payouts
- Complete Company Payroll
- Audit commission files for accuracy
Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately summarize a company P&L statement
- Ability to swiftly root out problems and develop solutions
- Ability to prioritize and handle constant changing priorities
- Ability to listen and acclimate to customer needs
- Ability to climb a ladder occasionally to inspect work
- Ability to effectively lead a team to desired results
- Some paint industry knowledge desired
- Office Management Experience a Must
Essential Skills:
- Effectively prioritizes workflow based on company needs
- Excellent interpersonal communication and team building skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills (phone and in-person)
- Professional tone, verbal and in-person presence
- Effectively works with minimal supervision
- Quickbooks / Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets experience a must
- Ability to compile and summarize data in an easy to understand format
- Aggressively meets deadlines
- Makes decisions independently given certain amount of data.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
