Job Summary:

Advent PT is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with experience in Lymphedema Outpatient Physical Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with lymphedema in an outpatient setting. They will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as necessary. The Physical Therapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients with lymphedema to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, and exercise therapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in lymphedema treatment
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Michigan
• Experience in Lymphedema and Outpatient Physical Therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
