Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Athletic Trainer in Missouri
- Strong ability to engage with employees in a workplace setting
- Experience as an Athletic Trainer
- Excellent communicator and motivator, able to work well in a team
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to think creatively
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Policy and Procedures:
- Ensure a safe, professional work environment by enforcing policies and procedures.
- Maintain quality service by following Work-Fit and client guidelines.
- Business Planning:
- Set strategic goals to meet customer needs, using research to guide decisions.
- Manage the program's budget and ensure financial goals are met.
- Program Measurement:
- Document all service interactions according to Work-Fit and client policies.
- Review and improve service quality regularly.
- Team Member Development:
- Recruit, train, and support team members to deliver excellent service.
- Provide coaching and help team members with career growth.
- Service Delivery:
- Deliver Work-Fit services according to agreed-upon goals and timelines.
- Customer Relations:
- Regularly check in with customers to ensure services are meeting their needs.
- Attend client meetings and collaborate on key initiatives.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends and continue your education through workshops and certifications.
- Program Marketing:
- Create and implement marketing plans to promote Work-Fit services.
- Develop educational materials to encourage health and wellness in the workplace.
- Facility/Office Management:
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and coordinate facility maintenance.
- Degree in Athletic Training
- Missouri state licensure or professional certification in Athletic Training
- CPR/AED certification
- 3 years of experience in the health field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant databases
- Comfort working in various environments, including manufacturing, warehousing, office settings, and outdoors
