Work-Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a Team Lead : Athletic Trainer (ATC). Work-Fit provides injury prevention services as part of the Industrial Athlete (IA) program within a large aerospace company. Services include Job Conditioning, Symptom Intervention, and other prevention services. This position will support service locations in Auburn, WA. Currently, this program site is comprised of 5 Athletic Trainer positions and 2 Exercise Physiologist positions.

Licensed within the State of Washington as an Athletic Trainer or eligible for WA licensurePosition Description :
A Work-Fit Team Leader is directly responsible for exceeding customer expectations by planning, organizing, communicating, developing, delivering, and measuring Work-Fit services.
Reports to :
Team Leaders will communicate with the Regional Leads regarding Program operations. The direct report will be detailed in the Work-Fit Job Offer.
Consulting Partners :
Team Leaders will consult with the Work-Fit Operations Team, other Work-Fit Team Leaders, and key client contacts including leadership in Health & Safety, Ergonomics, Medical, Wellness, and Client Management.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Policy and ProceduresMaintains a safe, secure, and professional work environment by communicating and enforcing policies, procedures, and the Expectations for the Code of Conduct of the Work-Fit Employee.
Maintains quality service by understanding, teaching, and enforcing Work-Fit, and Client organization Policy and Procedures.Maintains and understands the Work-Fit and Client agreed upon Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual which defines the delivery of service at the specified client site.Business PlanningEstablishes strategic goals that match Work-Fit services and resources to the needs of the customer through research. Identifies and evaluates trends and presents a course of action to the customer to create a unified vision to deliver Work-Fit services.
Accomplishes the financial objectives of the Program by managing an annual budget, reviewing and forecasting the budget monthly, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions when necessary.Program MeasurementDocuments all Work-Fit service interactions in the Work-Fit, and client (if applicable) record management database in accordance with all Work-Fit record management policies and quality practices.
Conducts quality reviews of record management practices and implements action plans to ensure continuous quality improvement.Develops and reviews the Work-Fit scorecard within the agreed upon time frame with client leadership.Team Member DevelopmentMaintains Team Members by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training employees following all Work-Fit processes.
Conducts Team Member Customer Interviews to plan, monitor, and appraise job performance.Coaches, counsels, and disciplines Team Members on their professionalism and performance in the delivery of Work-Fit services.Assists Team Members in creating personal professional growth plans that are consistent with customer service needs and individual professional passions.Delivery of Work-Fit ServicesMakes health personal through the delivery of the agreed upon Scope of Services to the customer in accordance with the SOP.
Customer RelationsConducts regular (no longer than 90 days between) Customer Interviews to consistently understand the impact of Work-Fit services to the client.
Integrates with the customer and participates in client meetings and on client committees.Professional DevelopmentRemains current with all policies, credentialing, and laws governing professional practice.
Advances professional and technical knowledge by completing educational workshops, obtaining advanced certifications, completing virtual courses, reviewing professional publications, establishing strategic networks, collaborating with other professionals, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.Program MarketingDevelops a marketing plan for the integration and advancement of Work-Fit services.
Develops and delivers marketing materials and presentations.Proactively creates a culture of personal health and responsibility through the development, distribution, delivery, and posting of educational materials utilizing available client distribution / posting resources.Facility / Office ManagementEnsures that the security of sensitive records (hard copy and computerized) is maintained at all times.
Maintains a work area that is neat, clean, and organized.Maintains safe, clean, and neat areas for the delivery of Work-Fit services.Coordinates with the client to schedule necessary facility maintenance.Maintains equipment in safe working order and ensures calibrations are conducted within manufacturer specifications.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in the Work-Fit / Customer specified health fieldRequired State Licensure and / or Professional certification in the specified health field - Must be a certified Athletic Trainer with active state licenseMaintain CPR / AED certificationThree years of professional experience in the specified health fieldEffective written (including proper grammar and spelling) and oral communication skills with individuals as well as group settingsAbility to manage time to ensure all duties and responsibilities are met on a daily and weekly basisAbility to work without direct supervisionProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and to conduct online researchProficient with Athletic Training System (ATS), Twin Oaks, and client databases (as applicable to each Program)Comfortable in the delivery of service in various work environments such as manufacturing, warehousing, office, and outdoorsWhat are some of the benefits of the job?
