The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and developing relationships with potential clients and referral sources to drive the growth and expansion of Alliance Private Wealth. Main Tasks:
- Research and analyze target markets to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Present the firm's services to potential clients, conveying our value proposition with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and advisory teams to develop and execute business development strategies and coordinate events.
- Work closely with the CEO to set and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Reside in either Massachusetts or New Hampshire.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in business development, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
