What are the responsibilities and job description for the Texas Real Estate Broker/Sales Associate position at Alliance Realty & Financial Services, Inc.?
- Developing a referral-based business, prospecting for new listings and buyers, and marketing listings
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult customers on market conditions, prices, mortgage, and closing professional, contract to closing processes ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, listings)
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
- Develop networks of professionals, past clients, and centers of influence
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable of real estate markets to provide expert services and the best compliant portfolio practices
- Active FL, GA, MD, and/or PA real estate licensee's only
- 2 years experience as a Broker/Sales Associate
- Commercial Real Estate Sales a plus but not required
