The Fleet Services department plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of EMWD's vehicle fleet. As the Fleet Services Manager, you will oversee the repair, maintenance, and servicing of all vehicles and equipment. This includes specifying, licensing, fueling, and equipping vehicles and equipment to meet organizational needs. Your team will provide cost-effective maintenance, repair, and regulatory services while evaluating asset life and preparing recommendations for replacement.
EMWD's fleet consists of approximately 200 light, 75 medium, and 75 heavy-duty vehicles, as well as various off-road and construction-related equipment and trailers. The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience in a fleet environment, with a strong understanding of the automotive and fleet industry. A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a focus on integrity and customer service is essential for this position.
