About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Alliance Resource Group. In this critical role, you will oversee and manage a skilled Accounting and Finance team, driving efficiency and bottom-line growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Company's FP&A function, providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.
- Oversight of the accounting for the Company's Corporate Headquarters, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Implementation, documentation, and maintenance of the Company's internal controls, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Management of the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of company's consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A successful track record of working in a multi-national/multi-currency organization, building cooperation and collaboration across functions and geographies.
- 15 years of combined finance/accounting experience, preferably with a Big Four or national accounting firm.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex data in a concise manner.
- Strong presentation skills, including the presentation of financial information to non-financial audiences.
