Alliance RV is looking for a full-time Human Resource Assistant. The position will assist in a variety of clerical tasks within our Human Resource Department. The HR Assistant will be exposed to high volume of confidential information including opening and distributing mail, directing phone calls, and other miscellaneous administrative duties related to personnel files. Candidate must be friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Guiding potential hires through the application process
- Collect and verify information for employees during the new-hire and onboarding process
- Answering general inquiries regarding benefits enrollment
- Assisting in general inquiries related to employment and directing employees to the appropriate representative
- Processing Unemployment claims and employment verifications
- Organizing and filing confidential information
- Creating various packets related to onboarding and benefits
- Answering multi-line phone and directing calling
- Sorting and delivering mail
