Duties

- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Perform collections as necessary, following up on outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for tracking financial data.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards in billing practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in billing or accounting roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with accounts receivable management and billing processes is highly desirable.
