What Youll Do :
Create and maintain caregiver schedules
Match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability
Adjust schedules quickly to accommodate changes
Communicate updates to caregivers, clients, and team members
Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with policies
Support recruiting efforts and participate in on-call rotations
What Were Looking For :
Experience in scheduling or staffing coordination (home care experience a plus!)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in scheduling software & MS Office
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotations
