Alliance Service Group is seeking a self-motivated, individual to serve as a Sales Inventory Porter Manager for it's luxury automotive dealership in Gilbert AZ. This position provides leadership for operational activities at Alliance Service Group location(s}. Additionally, the Manager will oversee the organization of the vehicle inventory lots on a daily basis by managing the sales porter team and leading by example. ***This is not a desk position. This working manager will be on their feet and working with the team while delegating*** Salary starts st $55,000 and a great opportunity to grow with our company!

Summary of essential job functions
- Leads the department's operation procedures and employees.
- Advance strategic planning for location(s) operations by meeting with the Site Leader daily
- Organizes and assigns locationactivities and tasks
- Assist in recruiting qualified staff, manage succession planning and address employee relations, and disciplinary issues.
- Review and measure employee performance withSite Leader when appropriate.
- Must establish and maintain solid client relations
- Safeguard all company property including proprietary software, operating systems, policies, procedures and any other information which belongs to Alliance Service Group
- Efficiently and effectively handle a changing environment and be capable of dealing with multiple people and various situations simultaneously.
Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to run or briskly walk long distances.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
Should have a minimum of 2 years valet/porter experience with leadership experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation, a reliable method of communication and be willing to work a floating schedule as needed.
MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YRS OLD
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
