Highway Operations Associates are responsible for helping to match shipments with trucks and overseeing those trucks throughout the lifecycle of the shipment. Highway Operations Associates will provide account management and customer service to Alliance Highway Capacity’s clients. Highway Operations Associates will collaborate with sales when required as well as carrier sales to confirm coverage on all shipments. Highway Operations Associate will utilize tracking software to input tracking locations on all shipments.
