About the Role
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer intermodal shipment orders, dispatching drayage carriers, and tracking shipments to meet customer expectations.
You will be responsible for communicating with customers, team members, and management to ensure that all aspects of the supply chain are running efficiently. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively notifying customers of delays or issues.
