About the Job
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, aligning with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders to execute on customer KPIs.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet their service expectations.
Sales and Upselling
- Provide pricing solutions and upsell our comprehensive list of supply chain services to meet the needs of customer decision makers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Carrier Sales team to manage the successful movement of loads for customers through our network of carriers.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of excellent customer service skills and ability to establish immediate relationship rapport.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Honest, strong work ethic, resourceful, and possess effective negotiation skills.
