What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cyber Security Operations Analyst position at Alliance Sourcing Network?
Job Details
The candidate must have in-depth knowledge, skill and atleast 7-8 years of experience on following:
* Tenable Nessus Vulnerability Scanner tool and it's generated scanned report * Penetration Test and it's reports * Checkmarx knowledge would be nice to have * Guiding remediation teams through the remediation process including but not limited to Critical, High and Zero day vulnerabilities * Analyzing and tracking all the vulnerabilities through Excel or industry standard ticketing tool * Analyzing of CVSS and exploits, Knowledge of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) and their potential impact * Providing mitigation controls for remediation teams to guide them through Risk Acceptance process
Strong understanding of platform, end user components, and network security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network protocols are required
Strong knowledge on Threat Intelligence
Knowledge in Zero trust infrastructure
Expertise in using Tenable Security Center platform, including scan configuration, analysis, and reporting are required
Ability to prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and business impact.
Knowledge in cloud security is nice to have
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate security risks to stakeholders
