ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, review and/or revise standard operating procedures in all aspects of center’s operations.
- Inform staff regarding important issues pertaining to center’s regulatory performance standards.
- Direct day to day operations
- Develop procedures to maximize productivity
- Establish need to replace existing or purchase of additional medical equipment
- Work with administrator to recruit nurses, surgical technicians, and medical assistants to fill vacancies and/or demand
- Orient and train new employees
- Direct and monitor workloads according to schedule
- Assist with employee’s annual evaluation
- Mediate conflict resolution among staff
- Assure stock inventory is maintained
- Resolve patient complaints/direct to appropriate authority
- Perform as staff nurse when scheduled
- Collect information, process, and evaluate information and/or make recommendations relative to factors that affect patient demand
- Assist administrator with staff meetings, quality assurance system, infection control, keeping SDS book up to date and available to all employees, in-services, implementing new policies, and training on new equipment
- Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures by all employees
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing strongly preferred
- Must have current GA State RN license, BLS, ACLS and other required training
- Knowledge of equipment, instrumentation and supplies required to perform specific responsibilities
- Working knowledge of Eclinical
- Leadership skills
Communication Skills:
Strong customer service skills. Good command of the English language, both verbal and written. Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to work independently with detail and accuracy. Ability to apply common sense, understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables.
