Education and/or Experience:
- Associate Degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in the medical field
- 1 years of experience working in a Call Center environment.
Ideal candidate would have:
- World Class customer service skills
- Inbound, Outbound or Front Desk Experience in a medical related field
- Experience handling 100 calls a day in fast paced business environment
- Excellent communication, written skills, and critical thinking skills
- Good working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience working in Interventional Pain Management
- Experience working with an Electronic Medical Record System- E-clinical preferably
- Experience working a regularly scheduled shift where lunch and break times are assigned
