Job Summary :
This Facilities Maintenance and Security Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for employees, visitors, and property. The Facilities Maintenance and Security Manager's duties will include creating, understanding, and enforcing security protocols, facilities management, and vendor coordination to support day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Standardize facility standards
- Manage facility projects including renovations, repairs, and installations.
- Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect employees, visitors, and property.
- Manage and maintain access control, surveillance, and alarm systems, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Work with building owners to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and other safety standards.
- Conduct safety inspections, fire drills, and emergency preparedness training.
Salary : $67k depending on experience
