We work with homebuyers and sellers, real estate agents and brokers, mortgage lenders, commercial property professionals and legal professionals to facilitate real estate purchases, refinances, construction, and equity loans.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pre-Processing Escrow Officer to contribute to our continued growth and success. Key responsibilities include: provide excellent customer service to our clients, monitor and maintain a general mailbox, assist with scheduling closings as needed, set up files to process, reviewing title work and clearing requirements, ordering HOA letters and mortgage payoff letters, calling local municipalities or using online websites to collect data such as taxes, assessments, and water balances, general escrow support and additional duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, and adhere to and comply with marketing and third-party messaging and communication specifications set forth by the Company. These job duties may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company.
