Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries and assisting clients both in-person and over the phone
- Assist with office management tasks, ensuring a well-organized workspace
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks and Towbooks for basic accounting tasks and record-keeping
- Help with dispatching drivers to jobs
- Manage impound yards and salvage paperwork
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies
Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks
- Previous experience doing salvage paperwork and/or notary work is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse clients is essential
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is a plus
- Previous experience in dispatching in Lancaster County and surrounding areas is a plus
- Previous experience in the towing/trucking industry is a plus
- Familiarity with office management procedures duties is advantageous
