We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ITS Practice Lead to join our team. The ITS Practice Lead will be responsible for overseeing the ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) practice area, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a deep understanding of ITS technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ITS practice, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of ITS projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and budget requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ITS technologies and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the ITS practice area and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITS solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of ITS advancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ITS or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex ITS projects.
- Strong knowledge of ITS technologies, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications in ITS or project management (e.g., PMP, ITS certification).
- Experience with emerging ITS technologies such as autonomous vehicles, connected infrastructure, and smart cities.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to ITS.
