Location : Orlando, FL
Pay Rate : $16 / hour
Type : Temp to Hire
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 10 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM
Join our Call Center Service Representative. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional support through phone, email, and chat interactions. The CSR will process orders, resolve customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver outstanding customer service by answering calls and responding to inquiries
- Process orders and resolve issues using SAP software
- Follow up on unresolved customer service concerns
- Assist customers with navigation and registration on online platforms
- Maintain detailed records of customer service interactions, orders, and resolutions
- Transfer calls to the appropriate call center department as needed
