We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Advocate to join our Operations team in Tarpon Springs. In this role, you'll manage daily program work, process data, and work with letter templates for Omni-channel communications delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience. Responsibilities:
- Process data and manage letter templates for client communications
- Meet client needs for mailing, fulfillment, and electronic delivery
- Adhere to security and operational policies
- Streamline processes with standardized checklists
- Communicate project status professionally
- Manage scheduling conflicts and execute solutions
- Maintain compliance with SOC2, FSC, etc.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in print manufacturing
- Familiarity with mailing and shipping standards
- Preferred experience in marketing services technology or e-delivery
