Inventory Control Specialist / Cycle Counter

Location : Spring Hill, FL (Training in Pinellas County for 1-2 weeks before starting in Pasco DC)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $18 / hour

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to help maintain accurate inventory in our warehouse. You’ll perform routine inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and keep inventory records up to date to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts based on IT and customer service lists.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Inspect and report damaged or missing products.
  • Safely operate stock pickers to manage inventory.
  • Update records and collaborate with auditors to ensure accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : 3-5 years in a warehouse role.
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with AS-400 systems, FIFO practices, and Microsoft Office.
  • Physical Ability : Lift up to 40 lbs and work in hot or cold environments.
  • Flexibility : Adapt to overtime in a fast-paced warehouse.
