Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
Location : Pompano Beach, FL
Pay : $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule : Full-time (40 hours / week)
Hours : Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends / evenings as needed
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Pompano Beach, FL! This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent while working closely with clients to meet their staffing needs.
Recruiter Responsibilities :
- Full-cycle recruiting : source, interview, and hire candidates.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline using multiple talent acquisition channels.
- Verify candidate credentials and conduct reference checks.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
- Coordinate interviews, manage the hiring process, and assist with onboarding.
- Deliver top-tier customer service to both candidates and clients in talent acquisition.
