Shipping - Warehouse Associate (Must have Reach and Forklift experience! Cherry pick is a plus)

Company provides inventory and product to all the stores within the southeast region. This company is a full-service wholesaler specializing in plumbing, HVAC and electrical parts. They carry a large inventory of high-quality products and serve a variety of customers, from general contractors to specialized technicians, and homebuilders to homebuyers.

Responsibilities of Forklift / Reach Truck operators :

Inspects outbound orders to ensure slip sheets and packing slips are included with pallets. Prints all shipping document and ensure each shipments documents accompany its respective freight. Ensures all pallets are wrapped well, and loaded on correct trucks. Oversee proper loading of all trucks (LTL and TL). Fill out dock worksheet for all outbound loads. Ensures all picks are loaded in proper fashion. Run plans when necessary.

• Loading and unloading items using Reach truck, forklift and cherry picker (will train on cherry pick)
• Pulling orders.
• RF Scanner
• Shipping product out
• Keep work area clean.
• Place emphasis on safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements of Forklift / Reach Truck operators : .

• Order picking experience.
• Loading and unloading experience.
• Experience with a hand scanner helpful.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
