Together, we want to partner with veterinarians to help build a network of Urgent Care practices across the country – tell us where you want to build your practice, and we will provide you with the full support to make it happen for $0 out-of-pocket . This is your chance to become a practice owner without any of the headache!

We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. We're offering immediate ownership / equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost !

We will provide you with a brand-new building and the state-of-the-art equipment needed to allow you to deliver world-class medicine. Location is completely flexible - let us know where you want to build!

Minimum Requirements :

Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license

3 Years of Veterinarian Experience

Current DEA License / USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire

Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health’s core values

Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well
