Travel MRI Technician
Start : ASAP
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Days, 7a-7p (Mon, Tues, Weds)
Responsibilities include : ability to change imaging parameters to study soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities with or without the use of contrast media.
Job Requirements
ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT required
BLS required
Graduate from an accredited AMA MRI Technologist program preferred
Two years experience required
Schedule Information
Shift : Days, 7a-7p (Mon, Tues, Weds)
Unit Specific Information
The MRI Technologist is responsible for providing timely imaging services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
Additional Details
48hr weekly guarantees are NOT approved
EMR = Cerner
Scrub Color = No black, gray or maroon scrubs
No call required
It is preferred but not required that the MRI Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT); has Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through ARRT and maintains a State License as a general radiographer.
