Primary Skill:
Contact Center Engineer specializing in the design and implementation of CVP IVR apps, Java CVP custom elements, Java APIs, XML, and JSON.
Requirement gathering ,analysis design, coding and deployment
Develop Call Flow/ Interactive Voice Response (IVR) in a Cisco UCCE environment.
Code (using Java), test, debug, document and implement IVR applications. Perform testing and integration of IVR application components.
Languages: CVP call studio IVR scripting, Java CVP custom elements, Java Web services, Jsp, Servlet, XML, J2ee, Spring MVC, Python, JavaScript, HTML5, and ICM Scripting.
Tools: Cisco Call Studio, ICM, CUIC, Finesse, Eclipse, SQL Developer
Role Description:
Proficient in Cisco CVP platform and Call Studio
Understanding the CVP architecture, features, and development tools VXML scripting
Knowledge of VXML language to design call flow interactions Java programming
Ability to develop custom Java components for CVP integration Database knowledge
Familiarity with database concepts for data interaction within the IVR system Contact center domain knowledge
Understanding of call center operations and industry best practices
