Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models based on business requirements.
• Drive data analysis and reporting processes to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across various departments.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand data requirements and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
• Design and develop complex Power BI data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and reports.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior and mid-level BI developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Work with data engineers to optimize and maintain the data infrastructure for efficient Power BI integration.
• Create and enforce BI governance policies, including data security, user access, and performance standards.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards for faster load times and better user experience.
• Oversee the deployment, administration, and management of Power BI in a cloud-based environment (e.g., Power BI Service).
• Drive the adoption of Power BI throughout the organization, providing training and support to end users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and implementation.
• Advanced expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI data modeling techniques.
• Strong experience with SQL, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring BI teams.
• Experience with Power BI Service, report publishing, and security management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and their integration with Power BI.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective data models and visualizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Power BI certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
• Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
• Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning or AI-powered analytics.
