Job Title: Windows Server Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular updates and patching.
- Handle server backups, disaster recovery planning, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across server infrastructure.
- Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and antivirus tools.
- Support virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
- Document system configurations, changes, and processes.
- Work closely with other IT team members to support business operations and projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Windows Server Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022).
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network services.
- Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware) and backup solutions.
- Understanding of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
