CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Our client, a global company, headquartered in Milwaukee is looking for a team player that will serve as a main point of contact for their customers by handling inbound and outbound sales and service related calls and performing administrative functions ensuring the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency and accuracy in all that you do! What YOU will do:
- Communicate with customers by phone, fax, and email daily
- Enter customer orders and attach customer original documents
- Coordinate customer order process with internal departments, including Purchasing, Accounting,
- and Shipping/Receiving
- Expedite and track open orders and shipments
- Send periodic open order reports to select customers
- Coordinate shipments, consolidate as necessary
- Use critical thinking and advanced problem solving capabilities to coordinate resolution of
- customer issues regarding product, pricing, lead-times, or quality
- Obtain as necessary, end use and end user information from customers for export license
- Requirements
- Complete relevant customer service tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated, energetic, and success oriented
- Courteous, tactful, and possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel
- Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years related experience preferred
