What we are looking for:
alliant continues to experience significant growth in clientele in 2025! Due to this continued growth, we are expanding our Quality Control team and are looking to bring on dedicated Quality Control Associate Attorneys that are driven and motivated to take us to the next level. We are hyper-focused in finding talented associates that are looking to train in a niche skillset and are motivated to fastrack their careers and continuously develop.
What you will do:
As a Quality Control Associate, you will be working with alliant’s business consulting professionals to plan and execute projects associated with various incentive studies that alliant provides to clients in a variety of industries. You will work with other motivated individuals interacting with technical professionals, other attorneys, engineers, scientists, accountants, MBA’s, PhD experts, and senior leaders helping to ensure that every incentive study identifies value, maintains the highest level of quality and stays consistent with the latest legal guidance governing the work being delivered. NO EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE IN TAX CODE IS REQUIRED – alliant will continuously invests in their Associates to pave the way for an elevated career path!
- Identify, analyze, and quantify business incentives for our clientele in a wide array of industries.
- Identify technical aspects of the projects with project teams on qualifying activities.
- Become the legal expert and subject matter expert to clientele on variety of matters.
- Direct interaction with clients, evaluating projects and focusing on areas.

What we require:
- JD or equivalent, and active license to practice law in any state.
- College degree required with minimum of 2 practicing experience in law
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
- Highly professional, high functioning, competitive, collaborative (team minded mindset is a must)
- Strong aptitude, highly motivated, career minded individuals wanting to fastrack their careers
- 15-25% travel required
- Client facing and professional services industry experience preferred but not required
- Open to working in an environment with everchanging priorities/deadlines
