Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Integrator to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming ideas into actionable plans, solving problems, and managing people effectively. They will ensure smooth and efficient internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vision Alignment: Collaborate with the Visionary to translate the company’s vision into actionable plans.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations and implement EOS tools and processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and hold the leadership team accountable, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- General Management: Develop operational policies, manage budgets.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that impede progress.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and ensure the company meets its objectives.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the Visionary and the organization, ensuring effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Integrator or similar role, preferably with EOS.
- Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
