About This Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to lead strategic internal and external communications initiatives that amplify the brand, engage key stakeholders, and align with business objectives. This role requires a skilled communicator with exceptional writing, editing, and project management abilities, capable of synthesizing complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute corporate planning strategies including annual planning, business reviews, and executive presentations, providing key project management and oversight to the leadership team to ensure alignment with corporate goals and key performance indicators. Craft compelling materials for quarterly board meetings, communicating financial and corporate updates to investors and other stakeholders with a strategic and compelling approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, and/or investor relations, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in public relations, mergers and acquisitions, and change management communications is preferred.
