Overview
Alliant is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented leader to drive our product management function and contribute to the company’s strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping the evolution of the product management discipline at Alliant.
Principle Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and effectively communicate multi-product roadmaps, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, creation, enhancements, and end of life planning.
- Lead ideation, development, and MVP launches, paving the way for successful product rollouts and expansion.
- Conduct market research and strategies to drive innovation and maintain market leadership.
- Partner with the CPO to manage product budgets and create financial models that demonstrate ROI and support margin growth objectives.
- Build strong relationships with Sales, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to ensure seamless execution and alignment of product initiatives.
- Prioritize and balance short-term wins with long-term vision, ensuring the product roadmap delivers maximum value for the business and our clients.
