Primary responsibility for writing new business reports and processing customer credit applications. Provide answers to customer inquiries on new, out-of-date, and in-date credit report files. Follow the guidance and procedures as directed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES
Gathering, updating, and analyzing business data as required by the policy manual.
Recommend a credit advisement/limit based on information obtained while processing the credit application or new business report.
Understanding of current events and how they impact our customer’s business.
Provide professional assistance to both Information and Service clients.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client information.
Manage a consistent flow of work as directed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Daily check-ins with clients as to the status of their reports.
Quality assurance standards are applied to all credit reports published.
Assist with daily search for newswire stories as well as writing the stories on an as-needed basis.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or one (1) year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSKILLS
