Our team of Business Development Directors will engage a client who may be eligible for the 179D tax deduction, based on their contributions through renovations / retrofits of government-owned buildings. The role of a Project Relations Specialist is to provide education and awareness surrounding the 179D program, so that the government-building representative can successfully pass this deduction along to eligible companies.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a rapport with assigned government agencies by providing thorough information on alliantgroup, and the client who has engaged us, as well as the purpose of the needed documentation
- Own full responsibility for obtaining the signed documentation with a high sense of urgency
- Update and maintain all applicable databases from initial call to receipt of documentation
- Work with internal project teams to obtain key documentation needed to progress the client's file
