Corporate Internal Communications Intern

We are offering an exciting 10-week internship opportunity designed to provide students with hands-on experience and invaluable business insights. Interns will take on meaningful projects that apply a project management approach, allowing them to lead initiatives within various departments. Throughout the program, interns will also have access to exclusive networking events, mentorship opportunities, and lunch-and-learn sessions to enhance their professional development.

Program Duration :

Start Date : Monday, June 2, 2025

End Date : Friday, August 8, 2025

Work Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Hybrid setting : in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

What you do :

• Content creation : Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading internal communications content with a concentration on Connect (corporate intranet) and Viva Engage articles and features to engage employees and keep them informed.
• Internal campaigns : Assist with the development and execution of internal communications campaigns to promote corporate values, new initiatives, or important updates.
• Event support : When needed, assist with organizing and promoting internal events, such as all hands meetings, ticket management and volunteer events.
• Research : Conduct research on best practices in internal communication, employee engagement and company culture to recommend new initiatives and improvements.
• Cross-departmental collaboration : Work with various teams, including HR, marketing, and leadership, to ensure consistent messaging across all internal communication channels.
• Reporting & Metrics : Track the effectiveness of communication efforts, monitor engagement metrics, and gather feedback to help refine strategies.
