Are you interested in gaining practical experience in Learning & Development? Join our team as an intern! As an intern you will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the design and development of learner-centric programs, and in working with the systems, technology and analytics used to support the learning experience.
What you do :
- Support learning systems and technologies, including learning management systems (LMS), social learning platforms, and learning content providers.
- Support data analytics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of learning programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Help design, develop, and deliver learner-centric programs using various media and blended approaches, including e-learning, instructor-led training, self-study, and video.
- Collaborate with peers, business partners, and learners to build strong relationships.
You will gain valuable experience across the entire learning ecosystem, including design, development, systems, technology, and analytics.
Hourly Rate : $20-22 / hour
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity of peers.
