What you do :

This position involves supporting senior members of the team and the portfolio managers in research and analyzing our existing investments and investment opportunities. The role requires the desire to learn from others on the team as well search out other relevant learning opportunities. This role requires strong analytic and communication skills, attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial markets and investment principles.

Monitoring portfolio performance : This involves tracking the performance of investments and analyzing the impact of market trends and economic events on the portfolio, also included reconciliations of our existing investment book.

Conducting research and analysis : This involves collecting and analyzing financial data and economic trends on existing investments as well as to identify potential investment opportunities and assess the financial health of companies.

Assisting senior analysts and portfolio managers : This includes supporting senior analysts and portfolio managers in conducting research, preparing reports, to assist in making investment decisions.

Administrative tasks : This includes maintaining databases, organizing research materials, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Training to understand our investment systems and investment flow.

What you bring :

• 1 year of experience required : Relevant internship experience or part-time job in the financial industry. Strong analytical, quantitative, critical thinking skills, and pays attention to details.
• Four year degree required : Finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship. We do not offer sponsorship for this position.

Range $55,000 - $129,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
